How to deal with the problem of rectangular mold spring

After the rectangular mold spring is formed, it is quenched or bluing at an ultra-low temperature of 220-330°C, or quenched and tempered according to the working environment of the spring and the characteristics of the selected raw material to increase the spring force. However, when the spring is quenched and tempered, a pipe buckle should be used to prevent the ring from becoming smaller and stuck on the shaft during work. Others, such as removing the corners at the other ends and burrs inside and outside the axis, cannot be ignored. Spring manufacturers recommend that in the case where the spring tends to bend, the spring under tension can be rubbed vertically along the pivot in a circle several times until the surface part becomes rigid.
